This site (Findingkatebook.com) is an e-commerce website and the following are our standard Terms & Conditions in relation to the site and the sale of the book, which you agree to abide to by using the site.
All content published on the site (words, logos and visuals) are the property of the site owners and cannot be copied or used without our permission
For each book you order on the site, you agree to pay the price per book applicable as outlined in the PURCHASE HERE NOW form (‘The Product Price’), plus the correct shipping fee for the area you want the book delivered to you select (‘Shipping’)
We reserve the right to alter our price for our product without notice. However you will only ever be obliged to pay the price displayed to you when you go to the Stripe checkout and pay for your book. Should we choose to reduce the price of our book in the future you will not be an entitled to a refund of the difference in price to what you previously paid when you purchased it.
Payments are 100% handled by our payment partners Stripe (see www.stripe.com). We do not see or handle any of your credit card details on our site.
The book will be published in December 2021 and will be despatched to purchasers in an orderly and timely manner. Pre Christmas delivery, though highly likely, cannot be guaranteed and findingkatebook.com will not be liable to you for slow delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as the current situation created by the worldwide pandemic (Covid 19).
We are not an ordinary bookshop. This book has been self produced and therefore once the book has been purchased and is out for delivery it is no longer possible to cancel your order and get a refund. If you should decide to cancel your order before then you must contact us at [email protected] first to agree the refund process.
Depending on your location Findingkatebook.com will use a courier or tracked postal service on your behalf to deliver the books to the address you supplied when ordering the book.
Damaged deliveries: If your book arrives damaged you must point this out to our delivery partner before signing for it and then notify us immediately by email to [email protected] We will only send a replacement book if satisfactory photo documentation evidence is provided of the damaged book within 48 hours of the books delivery (as determined by the courier or tracked postal service data).
